HexDisplay Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 25, 2026
Last Updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Snowlilly Software, LLC, doing business as HexDisplay (“HexDisplay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of:

  • HexDisplay.com;
  • Our online store;
  • Customer accounts;
  • Product planners, configurators, and customization tools;
  • Contact, support, voting, inquiry, and submission forms;
  • Products, content, applications, and services offered by HexDisplay; and
  • Any related website, application, communication, feature, or service that links to these Terms.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting information, placing an order, clicking an acceptance box, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Do not access the website, place an order, or use our services if you do not agree to these Terms.

Certain purchases, promotions, custom orders, wholesale transactions, warranties, or services may be governed by additional written terms. Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms. If valid transaction-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the transaction-specific terms control for that transaction.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or enter into a binding agreement through the website.

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;
  • You will comply with applicable laws;
  • You will not use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose; and
  • You will not assist another person in violating these Terms.

If you use the website or place an order on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Ownership of the Website and Services

The website, store, software, and related content are owned by or licensed to Snowlilly Software, LLC.

Protected materials include, without limitation:

  • The HexDisplay name and branding;
  • Product designs and configurations;
  • Product photographs and videos;
  • Graphics, illustrations, animations, and renderings;
  • Written content and product descriptions;
  • Instructions, manuals, and documentation;
  • Website layouts and user interfaces;
  • Software, source code, and object code;
  • Product planners and configurators;
  • Databases and data compilations;
  • Logos, icons, and visual elements;
  • Downloadable files;
  • Marketing materials; and
  • The selection, arrangement, and presentation of all such materials.

Except where expressly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any HexDisplay intellectual property to you.

3. Limited License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, HexDisplay grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to access and use the website for lawful personal shopping, product evaluation, installation support, and other authorized purposes.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish website content for commercial use;
  • Reproduce or distribute product photographs, videos, instructions, or graphics;
  • Modify or create derivative works from website content;
  • Sell, license, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit website materials;
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or systematically collect website data;
  • Use automated systems to access the website beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code;
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
  • Frame, mirror, or embed the website on another service without permission;
  • Use our branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement;
  • Use HexDisplay materials to develop, train, advertise, or promote a competing product or service;
  • Use website content in an artificial-intelligence training dataset without written authorization; or
  • Use the website in a manner that burdens, damages, disables, or disrupts our systems.

Permission to use specific affiliate, promotional, press, or reseller materials may be granted separately in writing.

4. Copyright, Trademarks, and Trade Dress

The HexDisplay name, logos, product names, slogans, packaging, visual appearance, and trade dress are owned by Snowlilly Software, LLC or used with permission.

Other company names, brands, product names, trademarks, and copyrighted materials belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products or collectible categories are used only to describe possible compatibility or intended use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, HexDisplay is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any third-party brand.

Third-party products displayed in photographs, videos, or demonstrations are not included with a HexDisplay product unless the applicable product listing expressly states that they are included.

No reference to a third-party brand grants you or HexDisplay ownership of that brand’s intellectual property.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including:

  • Product names;
  • Descriptions;
  • Quantities;
  • Dimensions;
  • Materials;
  • Colors;
  • Compatibility information;
  • Included hardware;
  • Installation requirements;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Pricing; and
  • Availability.

However, minor differences may occur because of:

  • Manufacturing tolerances;
  • Production batches;
  • Material variations;
  • Product revisions;
  • Supplier changes;
  • Lighting;
  • Photography;
  • Screen calibration;
  • Display settings;
  • Measurement methods; or
  • Ongoing product improvements.

Measurements are approximate unless expressly identified as guaranteed specifications.

Product images may include collectibles, models, tools, decorations, backgrounds, or other props that are not included. If an image and the written package-contents list differ, the written package-contents list controls.

We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, or other mistakes at any time.

We may make nonmaterial product, packaging, manufacturing, or specification changes without prior notice.

6. Colors and Visual Appearance

Colors shown on a screen may not precisely match the physical product.

Actual appearance may vary because of:

  • Screen type;
  • Brightness settings;
  • Color calibration;
  • Lighting conditions;
  • Material finish;
  • Surface texture;
  • Production batch;
  • Pigment variation; and
  • Normal manufacturing tolerances.

Unless HexDisplay provides an express written color-matching guarantee for a specific transaction, all digital color representations are approximate.

Products ordered at different times may exhibit minor batch-to-batch color variation.

Custom-color orders are subject to separate approval requirements, production tolerances, sample procedures, and custom-order terms.

7. Product Compatibility

HexDisplay products may be suitable for various small collectibles, vehicles, models, figures, miniatures, toys, and related objects.

Compatibility depends on factors including:

  • The dimensions of the collectible;
  • The weight of the collectible;
  • Product orientation;
  • Display configuration;
  • Shelf or adapter selection;
  • Mounting method;
  • Wall or surface condition; and
  • Proper assembly and installation.

A reference to a scale, collectible category, or third-party product does not guarantee that every item within that category will fit every HexDisplay configuration.

You are responsible for reviewing dimensions, weight limits, installation requirements, and compatibility information before ordering or installing a product.

HexDisplay is not responsible for damage to third-party collectibles caused by an incompatible configuration, overloading, incorrect installation, improper placement, or failure to follow instructions, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Installation, Inspection, and Safe Use

You are responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and using HexDisplay products correctly and in accordance with all supplied instructions, warnings, specifications, and limitations.

Required installation hardware is included only where expressly stated in the applicable product listing.

Additional hardware may be necessary for:

  • Unsupported configurations;
  • Voids or openings in a layout;
  • Expanded installations;
  • Unusual wall materials;
  • Damaged surfaces;
  • High-load configurations;
  • Relocation;
  • Replacement; or
  • Other nonstandard conditions.

Additional and replacement hardware may be sold separately.

Before installation, you are responsible for:

  • Confirming that the wall or mounting surface is suitable;
  • Identifying electrical wiring, plumbing, studs, and other concealed hazards;
  • Using appropriate tools and protective equipment;
  • Following all weight and configuration limits;
  • Selecting anchors and fasteners appropriate to the surface;
  • Properly cleaning and preparing adhesive surfaces;
  • Confirming that all mounts, fasteners, and connections are secure;
  • Keeping products away from locations where falling objects could cause injury;
  • Confirming that the displayed collectible itself is stable; and
  • Obtaining professional installation assistance when appropriate.

Do not install products:

  • On damaged, unstable, contaminated, wet, damp, crumbling, or unsuitable surfaces;
  • On a surface that cannot support the intended load;
  • Directly over a crib, bed, sleeping area, food-preparation area, fragile property, or location where falling items could cause serious harm;
  • Where excessive heat, moisture, vibration, or impact may affect performance;
  • In violation of rental, building, workplace, or other applicable rules; or
  • In any configuration prohibited by the instructions.

Adhesive performance may be affected by:

  • Paint condition;
  • Wall texture;
  • Dust;
  • Grease;
  • Moisture;
  • Humidity;
  • Temperature;
  • Surface coatings;
  • Cleaning products;
  • Installation technique; and
  • Time allowed for adhesive curing.

You must periodically inspect installed products and hardware.

If any component becomes loose, damaged, cracked, deformed, unstable, or detached, remove the displayed items and discontinue use until the issue is corrected.

Do not exceed published load or configuration limits.

Do not modify, drill, cut, heat, bend, or otherwise alter a product unless the applicable instructions expressly permit the modification.

Some products contain small parts. Keep small components and packaging materials away from children and others for whom they may present a choking, ingestion, suffocation, or injury hazard.

HexDisplay products are display products and are not toys, climbing structures, handholds, seating, structural supports, or safety equipment.

If you are uncertain about installation or surface suitability, consult a qualified professional.

9. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

HexDisplay may accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Incorrect pricing;
  • Incorrect product information;
  • Payment failure;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Address problems;
  • Order-quantity limits;
  • Technical errors;
  • Promotional abuse;
  • Unauthorized resale activity;
  • Sanctions or legal restrictions;
  • Safety concerns; or
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

An order is accepted when we expressly accept it, begin fulfillment, or ship the applicable products, subject to applicable law.

We may require additional verification before fulfillment.

You are responsible for monitoring the email address provided with your order for:

  • Payment questions;
  • Address-verification requests;
  • Fraud-review requests;
  • Delay notifications;
  • Custom-order approvals;
  • Shipping notices; and
  • Other communications requiring a response.

If we cancel a paid order, we will provide the applicable refund to the original payment method unless another method is required by law.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation by emailing support@hexdisplay.com.

A request is not effective until confirmed by HexDisplay in writing.

We may be unable to change or cancel an order after:

  • Fulfillment begins;
  • A shipping label is purchased;
  • The package is transferred to a carrier;
  • Custom production begins;
  • Materials are purchased for a custom order; or
  • The order reaches another irreversible stage.

If we voluntarily accommodate an order change, you are responsible for any applicable:

  • Price difference;
  • Additional shipping cost;
  • Carrier correction fee;
  • Restocking cost;
  • Customization cost; or
  • Other disclosed expense.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights required by applicable law.

11. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable charges may include:

  • Product price;
  • Shipping;
  • Handling;
  • Taxes;
  • Customs duties;
  • Import fees;
  • Special packaging;
  • Freight;
  • Custom engineering or setup fees; and
  • Other charges disclosed before purchase.

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Price changes generally do not affect orders already accepted, except where necessary to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.

You authorize HexDisplay and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the amount displayed at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method;
  • The billing information is accurate;
  • The transaction is legitimate; and
  • You will not initiate a knowingly false payment dispute or chargeback.

Payment services are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

12. Discounts, Promotions, and Coupon Codes

Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes:

  • May expire;
  • May be limited to specified products;
  • May exclude shipping, taxes, custom orders, or wholesale orders;
  • May not be combined;
  • May require a minimum purchase;
  • May be limited to one use per person, household, address, account, device, or payment method;
  • May be restricted by geography;
  • May be modified or discontinued where permitted by law; and
  • Have no cash value unless required by law.

We may reject or cancel orders involving:

  • Unauthorized codes;
  • Duplicated codes;
  • Manipulated codes;
  • Improperly obtained codes;
  • Multiple accounts created to evade limits;
  • False referral activity;
  • Automated promotion abuse; or
  • Other conduct inconsistent with the promotion’s purpose.

Promotional abuse may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or denial of future promotional eligibility.

13. Taxes, Duties, and Government Charges

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected as required by law.

You are responsible for any:

  • Use tax;
  • Import tax;
  • Customs duty;
  • Brokerage charge;
  • Tariff;
  • Government fee; or
  • Similar charge

not collected by HexDisplay at checkout.

Tax-exempt purchasers must provide valid documentation before the order is processed as tax exempt.

We may reject, suspend, or correct a tax-exempt order if the documentation is incomplete, invalid, expired, or inconsistent with the transaction.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or communicated separately for orders requiring a custom quote.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Orders may be shipped:

  • In one package;
  • In multiple packages;
  • From different locations;
  • Through different carriers; or
  • Through freight or another specialized service.

Tracking information will be provided by email where available.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

You may be responsible for costs resulting from:

  • An incorrect address;
  • An incomplete address;
  • A refused package;
  • An unavailable recipient;
  • An undeliverable location;
  • An unauthorized address change;
  • Reconsignment; or
  • A second delivery attempt.

Once a shipment is transferred to a carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Weather;
  • Carrier delays;
  • Labor interruptions;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Address problems;
  • Customs processing;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Peak-season volume;
  • Government action; or
  • Security events.

If we determine that we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide any delay notice, consent option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Our Shipping Policy, as posted on the website, is incorporated into these Terms.

15. Multiple-Package and Large Orders

Large orders may require:

  • Multiple cartons;
  • Multiple tracking numbers;
  • A custom shipping quote;
  • Dimensional-weight pricing;
  • Freight shipping;
  • Special packaging;
  • Signature confirmation;
  • Insurance;
  • Delivery appointments; or
  • Additional handling time.

Products within one order may arrive separately.

You are responsible for reviewing all tracking numbers and confirming receipt of each package.

A shipping charge displayed during checkout may be corrected before order acceptance if the automated rate is materially inaccurate because of order size, packaging requirements, freight classification, carrier limitations, or a technical error.

If a shipping correction is required, we will contact you before collecting any additional amount or proceeding with the corrected shipment, unless otherwise authorized.

16. Risk of Loss, Delivery, and Inspection

Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and any valid shipping terms disclosed during the transaction.

You should inspect all packages promptly after delivery.

Report any:

  • Missing package;
  • Missing carton;
  • Visible shipping damage;
  • Concealed shipping damage;
  • Incorrect product;
  • Incorrect color;
  • Missing component; or
  • Quantity discrepancy

by emailing support@hexdisplay.com within the period stated in our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, or applicable product policy.

We may require photographs of:

  • The outer carton;
  • The shipping label;
  • Internal packaging;
  • The damaged or incorrect product;
  • The complete contents received; and
  • Any identifying production or inventory markings.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we confirm by email that they are no longer needed for inspection or a carrier claim.

Failure to retain reasonably requested evidence may limit our ability to pursue a carrier claim or verify the issue, but it does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, missing-part claims, and replacements are governed by the Return and Refund Policy posted on the website.

That policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Eligibility may depend on:

  • The date of delivery;
  • Product condition;
  • Whether the product was installed, assembled, or used;
  • Whether all components are included;
  • Whether original packaging is included;
  • Whether the product was customized;
  • The reason for the request;
  • Evidence provided; and
  • Compliance with the return-authorization process.

All requests must be initiated by emailing:

support@hexdisplay.com

Do not send a return unless you receive written return instructions or authorization.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused;
  • Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender;
  • Shipping charges may be nonrefundable;
  • Return shipping may be deducted from the refund;
  • A restocking charge may apply if disclosed in the Return and Refund Policy; and
  • Products returned incomplete, damaged, modified, or used beyond reasonable inspection may receive a reduced refund or be ineligible.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. Missing Parts, Defects, and Damaged Shipments

If a shipment contains missing parts, an incorrect item, a verified manufacturing defect, or carrier damage, contact support@hexdisplay.com promptly.

We may choose an appropriate remedy, including:

  • Providing troubleshooting assistance;
  • Sending missing hardware;
  • Sending a replacement component;
  • Replacing the product;
  • Issuing a partial refund;
  • Issuing a full refund;
  • Requesting return of the item; or
  • Providing another remedy required by law.

A replacement does not necessarily include unrelated products, displayed collectibles, labor, installation costs, wall repair, or third-party property.

We may require the damaged or defective item to be returned or made available for inspection.

Do not destroy or dispose of the product unless authorized in writing.

19. Custom, Bulk, Wholesale, and Special Orders

Custom colors, specially manufactured products, bulk orders, wholesale orders, and made-to-order items may be subject to additional written terms.

Those terms may address:

  • Minimum quantities;
  • Deposits;
  • Payment milestones;
  • Engineering fees;
  • Setup fees;
  • Tooling;
  • Color references;
  • Color tolerances;
  • Samples;
  • Prototype approvals;
  • Revision limits;
  • Manufacturing lead times;
  • Packaging;
  • Shipping or freight;
  • Cancellation;
  • Refundability;
  • Exclusivity;
  • Intellectual-property ownership;
  • Confidentiality;
  • Resale rights; and
  • Acceptance criteria.

Custom orders will not enter production until all required approvals and payments are received.

Digital color selections are not guaranteed to match physical production unless the applicable written agreement expressly provides a matching standard and tolerance.

Customer approval of a sample, rendering, Pantone reference, physical chip, specification, or prototype authorizes production within the stated tolerance.

Because custom products are manufactured for a particular customer, custom orders may be noncancelable, nonreturnable, and nonrefundable after specified milestones, except in cases of verified nonconformity or where otherwise required by law.

If custom-order terms conflict with these general Terms, the custom-order terms control for that order.

20. Resale and Commercial Use

Purchases are presumed to be for personal use unless HexDisplay approves resale, wholesale, distribution, or commercial use in writing.

You may not:

  • Represent yourself as an authorized dealer without written authorization;
  • Remove or alter product labels or warnings;
  • Make unauthorized warranties on behalf of HexDisplay;
  • Use HexDisplay branding in a misleading manner;
  • Sell counterfeit, modified, or misrepresented HexDisplay products;
  • Use our product photographs or descriptions without permission; or
  • Export, resell, or distribute products in violation of applicable law.

Approved resellers may be subject to separate terms, minimum advertised pricing rules where lawful, brand standards, territory restrictions, and customer-service obligations.

21. Customer Accounts

Some website functions may require or allow an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information;
  • Protecting your credentials;
  • Using a secure and unique password;
  • Restricting access to your devices;
  • Reviewing account activity; and
  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

We may suspend, restrict, or disable an account to protect:

  • The customer;
  • HexDisplay;
  • Payment providers;
  • Other users;
  • Our systems; or
  • The public

from suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

22. User Content, Reviews, Photographs, and Submissions

You may be able to submit:

  • Reviews;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Layouts;
  • Product ideas;
  • Comments;
  • Questions;
  • Suggestions;
  • Votes;
  • Designs; or
  • Other content.

You retain ownership of original content you submit.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, review, marketing, or promotional use, you grant HexDisplay a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Use;
  • Reproduce;
  • Modify;
  • Crop;
  • Adapt;
  • Publish;
  • Translate;
  • Display;
  • Distribute;
  • Create derivative promotional materials from; and
  • Promote

that content in connection with HexDisplay’s business.

This license continues unless prohibited by law or HexDisplay agrees otherwise in writing.

You represent that:

  • You own or control the content;
  • You have permission from identifiable people depicted;
  • The content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
  • The content is truthful and not misleading;
  • The content does not contain malicious code;
  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or harassing; and
  • HexDisplay’s authorized use will not violate applicable law.

We may edit for formatting, remove, reject, or decline to publish user content at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

23. Ideas, Suggestions, and Feedback

HexDisplay welcomes feedback but does not accept information under an implied obligation of confidentiality unless a written confidentiality agreement is signed in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Ideas and suggestions are submitted voluntarily;
  • The submission is not confidential;
  • HexDisplay is not obligated to use the submission;
  • HexDisplay is not obligated to compensate the submitter;
  • HexDisplay may already be developing similar concepts; and
  • HexDisplay may use general feedback without restriction.

This section does not transfer ownership of a separately protected invention or copyright beyond the license expressly granted for submitted user content.

24. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website or services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;
  • Commit fraud;
  • Submit false or misleading information;
  • Impersonate another person or entity;
  • Use an unauthorized payment method;
  • Submit a knowingly false return, defect, loss, or damage claim;
  • Initiate a knowingly false chargeback;
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person;
  • Transmit malware or harmful code;
  • Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization;
  • Circumvent security or access controls;
  • Interfere with website operation;
  • Overload our systems;
  • Scrape or harvest data without permission;
  • Manipulate reviews, votes, waitlists, promotions, referrals, or contests;
  • Create multiple identities to evade restrictions;
  • Purchase products for unauthorized resale;
  • Reverse engineer software;
  • Access nonpublic systems or information;
  • Use bots to purchase limited products unfairly;
  • Disrupt another customer’s use of the services; or
  • Assist another person in prohibited conduct.

25. Monitoring, Investigation, and Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Refuse service;
  • Reject or cancel orders;
  • Restrict website access;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts;
  • Remove submitted content;
  • Preserve records;
  • Reverse promotional benefits;
  • Cooperate with payment providers;
  • Cooperate with carriers;
  • Cooperate with regulators or law enforcement;
  • Seek injunctive relief; or
  • Pursue other lawful remedies.

We are not required to monitor all activity or user content.

Failure to take action in one instance does not waive our right to act in another instance.

26. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including:

  • Ecwid or another ecommerce provider;
  • Payment processors;
  • Shipping carriers;
  • Shipping-label providers;
  • Analytics services;
  • Email providers;
  • Social-media platforms;
  • Advertising platforms;
  • Mapping services; and
  • Other websites or applications.

HexDisplay does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent:

  • Availability;
  • Security;
  • Accuracy;
  • Content;
  • Privacy practices;
  • Pricing;
  • Terms;
  • Outages; or
  • Conduct.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

A link or integration does not necessarily mean HexDisplay endorses the third party.

27. Website Availability, Maintenance, and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will:

  • Always be available;
  • Operate without interruption;
  • Be free from errors;
  • Be compatible with every device or browser;
  • Preserve every user-created layout or submission;
  • Remain unchanged; or
  • Be free from harmful components introduced by third parties.

We may perform maintenance, security updates, feature changes, migrations, or emergency shutdowns without prior notice.

You are responsible for retaining copies of information you need, including custom layouts or records not expressly promised as permanent storage.

28. Website and Digital-Service Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, software, content, and online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

HexDisplay disclaims warranties concerning the website and digital services, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • Availability;
  • Accuracy;
  • Completeness;
  • Security;
  • Noninfringement;
  • Merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Compatibility; and
  • Error-free operation.

This section applies to the website and digital services and does not eliminate product rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Product Warranties

Any express written product warranty offered by HexDisplay will be separately identified and will state its scope, duration, exclusions, and available remedies.

Product descriptions, demonstrations, photographs, generalized marketing language, customer reviews, and compatibility examples do not create an additional written warranty except to the extent applicable law treats a specific factual representation as an express warranty.

Except as provided in a separate written warranty or required by law:

  • HexDisplay does not provide additional guarantees concerning product life, adhesive duration, continued compatibility, or performance under conditions outside the published specifications;
  • Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect;
  • Cosmetic variation within accepted manufacturing tolerances is not a defect;
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, overloading, incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces, impact, heat, moisture, chemicals, or failure to follow instructions is not covered; and
  • Third-party collectibles and property are not covered by a HexDisplay product warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed is limited to the shortest duration permitted by applicable law.

No employee, contractor, reseller, or representative may modify a written warranty unless the modification is in a written document signed by an authorized representative of Snowlilly Software, LLC.

Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowlilly Software, LLC, DBA HexDisplay, and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Use or inability to use the website;
  • Loss of data;
  • Loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, or business opportunity;
  • Business interruption;
  • Third-party conduct;
  • Unauthorized account access;
  • Carrier delay or loss;
  • Improper installation;
  • Unsuitable mounting surfaces;
  • Failure to follow instructions;
  • Failure to inspect or maintain an installation;
  • Overloading;
  • Modification or misuse;
  • Damage to displayed collectibles; or
  • Use outside published specifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexDisplay’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to a particular order, product, or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to HexDisplay for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

The foregoing exclusions and limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, which may include liability for:

  • Fraud;
  • Willful misconduct;
  • Gross negligence where it cannot be limited;
  • Certain personal injuries;
  • Violations of nonwaivable consumer rights; or
  • Other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

31. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snowlilly Software, LLC, DBA HexDisplay, and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website;
  • Your material violation of these Terms;
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights;
  • Content you submit;
  • Fraudulent activity conducted through your account;
  • Unauthorized resale or commercial activity;
  • Your unauthorized product modifications;
  • Your installation or use contrary to published instructions; or
  • Your violation of applicable law.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify HexDisplay for HexDisplay’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or other liability where such an obligation would be prohibited.

32. Force Majeure

HexDisplay will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Severe weather;
  • Fire;
  • Flood;
  • War;
  • Terrorism;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Government action;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • Labor disputes;
  • Carrier disruption;
  • Utility failure;
  • Cyberattack;
  • Internet outage;
  • Supplier failure;
  • Manufacturing interruption;
  • Material shortage;
  • Customs delay;
  • Port congestion; or
  • Transportation interruption.

This section does not eliminate cancellation, refund, delay-notification, or other rights required by applicable law.

33. Suspension and Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or HexDisplay.

You may stop using the website and may request account closure by emailing support@hexdisplay.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • You misuse the website;
  • You engage in fraud or abuse;
  • You create a security or legal risk;
  • You repeatedly submit false claims;
  • You interfere with another user;
  • We discontinue a service; or
  • Suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect HexDisplay or others.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective, including provisions concerning:

  • Intellectual property;
  • Payment;
  • Liability;
  • Indemnification;
  • Dispute resolution;
  • Governing law;
  • Records; and
  • Enforcement.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and post the revised Terms on the website.

If a change materially affects existing users or previously accepted orders, we will provide any additional notice required by law.

Changes ordinarily apply prospectively from the stated effective date.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

The version accepted when an order was placed generally governs that order unless:

  • The parties agree otherwise;
  • A change is required by law; or
  • Valid transaction-specific terms provide otherwise.

Material changes to the arbitration provisions are addressed separately below.

35. Electronic Communications and Signatures

By using the website, creating an account, submitting a form, clicking an acceptance box, or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional communications by email concerning:

  • Orders;
  • Payments;
  • Address verification;
  • Shipping;
  • Tracking;
  • Delays;
  • Returns;
  • Support requests;
  • Account security;
  • Policy updates; and
  • Other service-related matters.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing messages concerning your order or account.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature;
  • Electronic records satisfy writing requirements;
  • Checkboxes, electronic approvals, account actions, and order submissions may evidence assent; and
  • Copies of electronic records may be used as evidence of the transaction.

36. Privacy

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the HexDisplay Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

37. Mandatory Informal Good-Faith Dispute Resolution

HexDisplay wants to resolve concerns fairly, efficiently, and without unnecessary legal proceedings.

Before either party begins arbitration or files a lawsuit, the party raising the dispute must provide the other party with a complete written Notice of Dispute and participate in a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

37.1 Notice of Dispute to HexDisplay

A customer providing a formal Notice of Dispute to HexDisplay must send the same complete notice through both of the following methods:

A. Trackable Physical Delivery

Send the Notice of Dispute using:

  • United States Postal Service Certified Mail with tracking;
  • United States Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking;
  • A nationally recognized overnight courier with tracking; or
  • Another delivery method providing verifiable proof of delivery.

The notice must be addressed to:

Snowlilly Software, LLC
DBA HexDisplay
ATTN: Legal Notice
8735 Dunwoody Place
Suite R
Atlanta, Georgia 30350
United States

B. Email Delivery

Email the same Notice of Dispute and supporting documentation to:

support@hexdisplay.com

The subject line must state:

FORMAL NOTICE OF DISPUTE — [CUSTOMER NAME] — [ORDER NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE]

Delivery through only one method is not sufficient to complete the formal Notice of Dispute process, except where applicable law prohibits enforcement of the dual-delivery requirement.

37.2 Notice of Dispute from HexDisplay

If HexDisplay provides a formal Notice of Dispute to a customer, HexDisplay will send the same notice through both:

  • Email to the most recent email address associated with the customer’s account, order, or communication; and
  • Trackable physical delivery to the most recent mailing or shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information.

37.3 Required Contents

A Notice of Dispute must include:

  • The sender’s full legal name;
  • Mailing address;
  • Email address;
  • Email address used for the order or account;
  • Applicable order number;
  • A detailed description of the dispute;
  • Relevant dates;
  • The specific product, service, transaction, or communication involved;
  • The factual and legal basis of the claim, if known;
  • Supporting photographs, correspondence, receipts, tracking records, or other documents;
  • The amount of claimed monetary loss;
  • Any requested nonmonetary relief;
  • The specific resolution requested; and
  • The sender’s physical or electronic signature.

A general support inquiry, social-media message, review, chargeback, complaint form, or undocumented demand does not constitute a formal Notice of Dispute.

37.4 When Notice Is Complete

The Notice of Dispute is considered complete only after:

  • The physical notice is delivered, as shown by carrier tracking; and
  • The email is transmitted to support@hexdisplay.com without an automated failure or bounce notification.

The informal-resolution period begins on the later of those events.

Refusal to accept a properly addressed delivery will be treated as delivery on the date the carrier records the refusal.

If delivery fails because the receiving party failed to maintain accurate contact information, the sending party may establish reasonable compliance through delivery and transmission records.

37.5 Incomplete Notice and Opportunity to Cure

If a notice is incomplete or was not sent through both required methods, the receiving party may identify the deficiency.

The sender must cure the deficiency before initiating arbitration or litigation.

An incomplete notice does not waive the claim, but the informal-resolution period does not begin until notice is complete.

To the extent permitted by law, an applicable limitations period will be suspended while:

  • A complete Notice of Dispute is under review;
  • The parties participate in the required process; or
  • The sender cures a notice deficiency identified in good faith.

37.6 Good-Faith Resolution Period

The parties will have 30 days after completion of notice to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute.

During that period, both parties agree to:

  • Communicate honestly and reasonably;
  • Provide relevant nonprivileged information;
  • Respond within a reasonable time;
  • Consider reasonable settlement proposals;
  • Avoid unnecessary escalation;
  • Attempt to identify the actual cause of the dispute; and
  • Make a genuine effort to reach a fair resolution.

The parties may extend the period by written agreement.

Neither party may begin arbitration or file a lawsuit before the period expires unless:

  • The other party expressly refuses to participate;
  • Immediate emergency relief is reasonably necessary;
  • A filing deadline would otherwise expire despite available tolling; or
  • Applicable law prohibits enforcement of the waiting period.

37.7 Informal Conference

Either party may request a telephone or videoconference.

If requested, both parties will make a reasonable effort to participate personally or through a representative with settlement authority.

Participation does not require either party to accept a settlement or disclose privileged information.

37.8 Settlement Communications

Communications made solely for settlement purposes will be treated as confidential settlement communications to the extent permitted by law.

No settlement is binding unless documented in writing and accepted by both parties.

37.9 Condition Precedent

Completion of the dual-delivery notice process and informal-resolution period is a condition precedent to:

  • Filing arbitration;
  • Filing a civil lawsuit;
  • Seeking nonemergency judicial relief; or
  • Demanding that the other party incur arbitration filing or administration costs.

If a proceeding is initiated prematurely, the responding party may request that it be stayed, dismissed without prejudice, or paused until the requirements are satisfied.

Nothing in this section eliminates a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

38. Optional Mediation

After the informal-resolution period, the parties may mutually agree to participate in nonbinding mediation.

Mediation is voluntary unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

The parties may use:

  • The American Arbitration Association;
  • A mutually selected private mediator;
  • A recognized online mediation service; or
  • Another mutually acceptable provider.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Mediation may occur remotely;
  • Each party bears its own attorney fees and expenses;
  • Mediator fees are divided equally, except where law requires another allocation; and
  • Settlement communications are confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Either party may end mediation at any time.

If mediation does not produce a written settlement, either party may proceed as permitted below.

39. Binding Individual Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Except for disputes excluded below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to:

  • These Terms;
  • The website;
  • A customer account;
  • An order;
  • Payment;
  • A promotion;
  • Shipping or delivery;
  • A return, refund, exchange, or replacement;
  • A product;
  • Installation or product use;
  • Advertising or product descriptions;
  • Privacy or data;
  • Communications with HexDisplay; or
  • The relationship between the customer and HexDisplay

that is not resolved informally will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than through a lawsuit in court.

This agreement applies to claims based in:

  • Contract;
  • Tort;
  • Statute;
  • Fraud;
  • Misrepresentation;
  • Negligence;
  • Consumer-protection law;
  • Equity; or
  • Any other legal theory.

The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

39.1 Administrator and Rules

Consumer disputes will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures in effect when the claim is filed, as modified by these Terms.

If the AAA declines or is unable to administer the matter, the parties will attempt in good faith to agree on another nationally recognized provider.

If the parties cannot agree, either party may ask a court of competent jurisdiction to appoint an arbitrator or administrator consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act.

Transactions primarily for business, wholesale, resale, commercial, or organizational purposes may be governed by the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules rather than the Consumer Arbitration Rules.

39.2 Location and Format

Arbitration may be conducted:

  • By written submissions;
  • By telephone;
  • By videoconference;
  • In person; or
  • Through another format permitted by the applicable rules.

A consumer may select a reasonably convenient location as permitted by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

HexDisplay may request remote proceedings but will not require a consumer to travel to Georgia when doing so would conflict with applicable law or the applicable arbitration rules.

39.3 Arbitration Fees

Consumer arbitration fees will be allocated under the applicable AAA rules and fee schedule.

HexDisplay will pay administrative fees and arbitrator compensation to the extent required by:

  • The AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules;
  • The AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol;
  • Applicable law; or
  • An arbitrator’s determination necessary to avoid prohibitive expense.

Each party ordinarily bears its own attorney fees and expenses.

The arbitrator may award fees, costs, sanctions, or other relief when authorized by:

  • Applicable law;
  • The arbitration rules;
  • These Terms; or
  • A finding that a claim or defense was frivolous, brought in bad faith, or asserted for an improper purpose.

HexDisplay will not seek reimbursement of fees it is required to pay unless the arbitrator determines that the customer’s claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith and applicable law permits reimbursement.

39.4 Arbitrator’s Authority

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies available in court, including:

  • Monetary damages;
  • Statutory damages;
  • Declaratory relief;
  • Injunctive relief;
  • Attorney fees where authorized; and
  • Other relief permitted by law.

The arbitrator must apply applicable substantive law and these Terms.

The arbitrator will provide a written decision stating the essential findings and conclusions supporting the award.

A court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on the award.

The award is final and binding, subject only to judicial review permitted by applicable arbitration law.

40. Small Claims Court

Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent small-claims jurisdiction instead of arbitration if:

  • The claim qualifies;
  • It proceeds only on an individual basis;
  • It does not seek class, representative, consolidated, or impermissible public relief; and
  • It remains within the court’s small-claims jurisdiction.

If a small-claims case is transferred, removed, appealed, or converted into a regular civil action, either party may require arbitration.

The dual-delivery Notice of Dispute and informal-resolution process remains required before filing a small-claims action unless applicable law provides otherwise.

41. Individual Proceedings and Class-Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer and HexDisplay agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity.

Neither party may bring or participate in a claim as:

  • A plaintiff or member of a class action;
  • A private attorney general;
  • A representative claimant;
  • A member of a collective action;
  • A participant in a consolidated proceeding; or
  • A party seeking relief on behalf of other customers or members of the public.

The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual claim.

The arbitrator may not:

  • Consolidate claims of different customers;
  • Preside over a class or representative proceeding;
  • Award relief for nonparties; or
  • Issue public injunctive relief except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.

If a court determines that a particular claim for public injunctive relief cannot lawfully be arbitrated individually, that request will be separated and heard in court after arbitrable claims are completed.

A court, not the arbitrator, will decide disputes concerning the enforceability of the class-action waiver.

42. Jury-Trial Waiver

For disputes subject to arbitration, the customer and HexDisplay knowingly waive the right to:

  • Have the dispute decided by a judge or jury in court;
  • Participate in a class or representative action;
  • Conduct court-style discovery except as permitted by the arbitration rules; and
  • Appeal except on the limited grounds permitted by law.

For any dispute not subject to arbitration, each party waives trial by jury to the fullest extent permitted by law.

43. Arbitration Opt-Out

A customer may opt out of the binding-arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions by sending the same written notice through both of the following methods:

A. Trackable Physical Delivery

Snowlilly Software, LLC
DBA HexDisplay
ATTN: Arbitration Opt-Out
8735 Dunwoody Place
Suite R
Atlanta, Georgia 30350
United States

B. Email Delivery

support@hexdisplay.com

The email subject line must state:

ARBITRATION OPT-OUT — [CUSTOMER NAME] — [ORDER NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE]

The opt-out notice must:

  • Be sent through both methods within 30 days after the customer first accepts these Terms;
  • Include the customer’s full name;
  • Include the customer’s mailing address;
  • Include the email address associated with the account or order;
  • Include the applicable order number, if any; and
  • Clearly state: “I elect to opt out of the HexDisplay arbitration agreement.”

The opt-out is effective only after both notices are properly sent, except where applicable law prohibits requiring both methods.

Opting out will not affect:

  • The customer’s ability to use the website;
  • The remaining Terms;
  • A prior arbitration agreement not properly opted out of; or
  • The requirement to attempt informal resolution before litigation.

Late opt-out requests are ineffective unless HexDisplay agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

44. Exceptions to Arbitration

The following matters are not required to be arbitrated:

  • An individual claim properly filed in small-claims court;
  • A request for temporary emergency relief to prevent imminent intellectual-property misuse, unauthorized system access, data theft, fraud, or similar harm;
  • A claim concerning ownership, validity, infringement, or misuse of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property;
  • A claim that applicable law prohibits from predispute arbitration;
  • A claim brought by a government agency within its lawful authority; or
  • A claim covered by a federal statutory arbitration exception.

Seeking emergency relief does not waive the obligation to arbitrate remaining claims.

45. Changes to the Arbitration Agreement

A material change to the arbitration agreement will not apply retroactively to a dispute of which HexDisplay had actual written notice before the change became effective.

When required, HexDisplay will provide advance notice of a material arbitration change.

Continued use after an updated provision takes effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

Customers retain any opt-out right required by the updated terms or applicable law.

46. Severability of Dispute Provisions

Except for the class-action waiver described above, if part of the arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, it will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will continue in effect.

If the prohibition on class, collective, consolidated, or representative arbitration is found unenforceable for a claim and cannot lawfully be severed, that claim will proceed in court rather than class arbitration.

An arbitrator will not conduct class arbitration unless HexDisplay expressly agrees in writing after the dispute arises.

47. Governing Law and Court Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where:

  • The Federal Arbitration Act governs;
  • Federal law applies; or
  • Applicable consumer law requires another jurisdiction’s law.

For any dispute that:

  • Is properly opted out of arbitration;
  • Falls within an arbitration exception;
  • Seeks enforcement of an arbitration award; or
  • May otherwise lawfully proceed in court,

the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless applicable law permits or requires another venue.

The small-claims exception is not limited to Fulton County where applicable arbitration rules or consumer law allow another proper small-claims court.

48. Other Legal Notices

Formal legal notices other than routine customer-support communications must be sent to HexDisplay through both:

Trackable Physical Delivery

Email

support@hexdisplay.com

Routine questions, order inquiries, return requests, replacement requests, missing-part requests, and ordinary complaints may be submitted by email only and do not require physical mail.

49. No Waiver

Failure by HexDisplay to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Snowlilly Software, LLC.

A waiver in one instance does not constitute a continuing waiver.

50. General Severability

If any provision outside the dispute-resolution sections is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed.

The remaining provisions will remain effective.

51. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

HexDisplay may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with:

  • A merger;
  • Reorganization;
  • Financing;
  • Sale of assets;
  • Change of control;
  • Transfer to an affiliate; or
  • Successor business.

Any assignment remains subject to applicable law.

52. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except as expressly provided for indemnified parties, licensors, suppliers, and service providers, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for any third party.

53. Relationship of the Parties

These Terms do not create:

  • A partnership;
  • Joint venture;
  • Employment relationship;
  • Agency relationship;
  • Franchise;
  • Fiduciary relationship; or
  • Exclusive commercial relationship

between you and HexDisplay.

Neither party may bind the other except as expressly authorized in writing.

54. Headings and Interpretation

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of the provisions.

Words such as “including” and “includes” mean “including without limitation.”

A reference to the singular includes the plural where appropriate.

If these Terms are translated, the English-language version controls to the extent permitted by law.

55. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with incorporated policies and transaction-specific terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and HexDisplay concerning the website, store, and related services.

Incorporated documents may include:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Shipping Policy;
  • Return and Refund Policy;
  • Custom-Order Terms;
  • Product-specific warranties;
  • Promotion terms;
  • Wholesale terms; and
  • Other policies expressly referenced during checkout.

These Terms supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning their subject matter, except for a valid written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Snowlilly Software, LLC.

56. Survival

Provisions concerning:

  • Intellectual property;
  • Payment;
  • Product use;
  • Liability;
  • Indemnification;
  • User content;
  • Disputes;
  • Arbitration;
  • Class-action waiver;
  • Governing law;
  • Legal notices;
  • Records;
  • Assignment; and
  • Enforcement

survive termination, account closure, order completion, order cancellation, website discontinuation, and transfer of the business.

57. Contact Information

Ordinary customer-service, order, shipping, return, refund, replacement, missing-part, and complaint inquiries should be submitted by email.

4. Payment Information

Payment information may be collected directly by an independent payment processor, ecommerce provider, digital-wallet provider, financing provider, or financial institution.

HexDisplay may receive limited payment information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, tokenized references, card brand, last four digits, billing address, fraud-screening results, and refund status.

Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials to support@hexdisplay.com.

5. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the website, HexDisplay and its providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • Browser and device type;

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

HexDisplay and its providers may use:

  • Necessary technologies for website operation, carts, checkout, authentication, fraud prevention, security, load balancing, and privacy preferences.
  • Preference technologies to remember language, location, display settings, saved selections, and cart information.
  • Analytics technologies to understand traffic, page performance, navigation, conversion activity, device use, and errors.
  • Advertising technologies to measure campaigns, attribute purchases, build audiences, limit repeated advertising, display relevant advertising, and support retargeting.

Depending on applicable law, certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for personal information.

8. Cookie and Browser Choices

You may be able to block or delete cookies, restrict local storage, limit advertising identifiers, or use an available cookie-preference tool. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent parts of the website from functioning. Deleting cookies may also delete stored privacy preferences.

9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Where required by applicable law, HexDisplay will treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity associated with that browser or device.

Traditional “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across websites. HexDisplay may not respond to such a signal unless applicable law requires a response.

10. How We Use Personal Information

HexDisplay may use personal information to:

  • Operate the website and store;
  • Maintain accounts and saved layouts;

  • Publish authorized reviews, testimonials, photographs, or videos;
  • Create aggregated or deidentified information;
  • Comply with law; and
  • Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected.

11. Legal Bases Where Required

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, HexDisplay may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of rights, property, and safety.

Withdrawal of consent does not make prior lawful processing unlawful and does not prevent processing based on another lawful basis.

12. Transactional and Marketing Communications

HexDisplay may send transactional email concerning orders, payments, address verification, fraud review, shipping, tracking, delays, returns, refunds, replacements, support requests, account security, legal notices, and policy changes.

You generally cannot unsubscribe from communications necessary to complete a transaction or provide a requested service.

Marketing email may be sent when legally permitted. You may opt out using the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@hexdisplay.com. HexDisplay may retain limited suppression-list information to honor the opt-out.

13. Automated Fraud and Security Review

HexDisplay and its providers may use automated systems to evaluate transaction risk, payment risk, address consistency, device signals, order patterns, account activity, and chargeback history. Orders may be delayed, held, limited, or canceled based on reasonable fraud or security concerns.

14. How Information May Be Disclosed

HexDisplay may disclose personal information to:

  • Website, hosting, ecommerce, account, plugin, database, and infrastructure providers;
  • Payment processors, banks, card networks, digital-wallet providers, financing providers, and fraud-screening services;

  • Other recipients at your direction or with your authorization.

15. Third-Party Platforms and Providers

HexDisplay may use services such as WordPress, Ecwid, payment processors, carriers, email providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and cloud or database services. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

HexDisplay is not responsible for an independent third party’s privacy, security, availability, or conduct except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

HexDisplay does not sell personal information for money as part of its ordinary business model. However, some laws define sale or sharing broadly enough to include disclosures through advertising, analytics, cookies, or pixels.

Where an applicable law grants an opt-out right, you may use an available privacy-preference tool, enable a legally recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or email support@hexdisplay.com with the subject line Privacy Opt-Out Request.

HexDisplay does not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.

17. Sensitive Personal Information

HexDisplay does not seek to collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably needed for transactions, account security, legal compliance, or another disclosed purpose.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Where applicable law provides a right to limit qualifying uses of sensitive information, requests may be sent to support@hexdisplay.com.

18. Submitted Content, Media License, and Publicity Release

This section applies when you knowingly submit, upload, transmit, email, tag, deliver, or otherwise provide content to HexDisplay for publication, promotion, review, testimonial, contest, campaign, social-media reposting, product demonstration, advertising, printed material, or another public, promotional, or commercial use.

“Submitted Content” includes photographs, videos, audio, reviews, testimonials, social-media posts, captions, usernames, names, likenesses, voices, product layouts, artwork, graphics, written comments, and other material.

18.1 Ownership

You retain any ownership rights you hold in original Submitted Content. Submission does not transfer copyright ownership unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

18.2 License Granted

By knowingly providing Submitted Content for a public, promotional, testimonial, campaign, contest, reposting, advertising, or commercial purpose, you grant Snowlilly Software, LLC and its successors, affiliates, licensees, service providers, contractors, marketing partners, retailers, distributors, and assigns a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and—to the fullest extent legally permitted—irrevocable license to:

  • Host, store, preserve, reproduce, and copy;
  • Edit, crop, resize, retouch, format, translate, and adapt;
  • Combine with other materials and create derivative works;
  • Publish, republish, display, perform, distribute, and transmit;
  • Advertise, promote, archive, and otherwise use

Submitted Content in any lawful medium or format now known or later developed.

Permitted uses include websites, product pages, social media, digital and printed advertising, email marketing, packaging, instructions, catalogs, retail displays, trade-show displays, sales presentations, affiliate materials, press materials, promotional videos, newsletters, customer galleries, and historical business archives.

18.3 Name, Likeness, Voice, and Publicity Rights

To the fullest extent legally permitted, you authorize HexDisplay to use any name, username, likeness, appearance, voice, testimonial, biographical information, or identifying material included with Submitted Content.

Except where a separate signed agreement states otherwise, you waive any right to inspect, preapprove, approve, reject, control editing, require attribution, require continued attribution, or demand compensation for an authorized use.

18.4 No Compensation

Unless HexDisplay agrees otherwise in a signed writing, the submission is voluntary and no payment, royalty, residual, future approval, employment relationship, or agency relationship is created.

18.5 Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have sufficient authority to grant the license;
  • The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • You obtained permission from every identifiable person appearing or heard in the content;
  • You obtained permission for protected property or material where required;
  • Testimonial statements are truthful and reflect genuine experience;
  • The content was not submitted in breach of confidentiality;
  • The content does not contain unlawful material; and
  • HexDisplay’s authorized use will not violate another person’s rights.

18.6 Minors

Do not submit identifiable media or personal information concerning a minor unless you are the parent or legal guardian or possess documented authority from the parent or legal guardian. HexDisplay may require a separate release before use.

18.7 Duration and Later Change of Preference

The license does not automatically terminate because you later change your mind, stop using HexDisplay, close an account, delete the original post, remove a tag, stop following HexDisplay, sell the depicted product, experience changed circumstances, or because many years have passed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the license continues for the duration stated above.

Where applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to withdraw consent or request deletion of personal information, HexDisplay will evaluate a verified request under that law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a later withdrawal or removal request:

  • Applies prospectively after receipt, verification, and processing;
  • Does not make prior authorized use unlawful;
  • Does not create liability for prior publication or distribution;
  • Does not require recall of products, packaging, catalogs, advertisements, or printed materials already distributed;
  • Does not require destruction of completed campaigns;
  • Does not require removal from lawful archives maintained for business, historical, evidentiary, security, or legal purposes;
  • Does not require immediate deletion from backups before ordinary overwrite;
  • Does not require HexDisplay to retrieve copies independently reposted, downloaded, cached, archived, or distributed by third parties; and
  • Does not require alteration of products or materials already manufactured.

HexDisplay may stop new uses within a reasonable period where legally required or voluntarily agreed.

18.8 Requesting Future Removal

Email support@hexdisplay.com with the subject line MEDIA USE REQUEST — [YOUR NAME]. Include your name, the email used for submission, a description and copy of the content, approximate submission date, where it appears, your relationship to it, and information sufficient to verify the request.

HexDisplay will review the request in good faith but does not promise removal where the license remains enforceable or removal is not legally required.

18.9 Public and Third-Party Copies

Publicly available content may be viewed, saved, copied, shared, reposted, indexed, cached, archived, or otherwise used by third parties. HexDisplay cannot guarantee that public content will disappear from the internet and is not responsible for independent third-party conduct.

18.10 Separate Agreements

A signed model release, photographer agreement, influencer agreement, affiliate agreement, contest agreement, employment agreement, contractor agreement, or other separate license controls to the extent it conflicts with this section.

19. Reviews and Social-Media Activity

Public reviews, comments, usernames, photographs, and other public content may be visible to others and may be processed independently by the platform where they appear.

Mere use of the HexDisplay name or an unsolicited tag does not necessarily create the full media license above unless you submit the content directly for use, accept a submission notice, participate in a campaign containing the license, affirmatively grant permission, or another valid agreement authorizes use.

20. Ideas, Feedback, and Suggestions

Unless HexDisplay signs a confidentiality agreement before submission, product ideas and feedback are not confidential. HexDisplay has no obligation to review, use, compensate, or maintain secrecy regarding them and may already be developing similar concepts.

Do not submit trade secrets or confidential business information without a signed agreement.

21. Aggregated and Deidentified Information

HexDisplay may create and use aggregated or deidentified information for analytics, product development, operational planning, marketing analysis, research, security, reporting, and other lawful purposes. Where required, HexDisplay will maintain deidentified information in deidentified form.

22. Data Retention

HexDisplay retains personal information as reasonably necessary to complete transactions, maintain accounts, provide support, administer returns and warranties, comply with tax and accounting requirements, prevent fraud, respond to chargebacks, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, defend claims, maintain suppression lists, preserve authorized media, and maintain security and continuity.

Retention depends on the information type, purpose, sensitivity, legal requirements, warranty periods, fraud risk, dispute status, account status, and backup cycles.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, HexDisplay may delete, deidentify, aggregate, or allow it to be overwritten through ordinary record-management processes.

Deletion from active systems does not necessarily cause immediate deletion from backups, archives, legal holds, fraud records, accounting records, carrier systems, payment-provider systems, third-party platforms, or materials already published or distributed.

23. Security

HexDisplay uses administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards considered reasonable for the nature of the information and the size and complexity of the business. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit where supported, restricted administrative access, multifactor authentication where available, updates, monitoring, backups, fraud screening, data minimization, secure disposal, and incident-response procedures.

No system or transmission method is completely secure. HexDisplay cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, interception, third-party compromise, provider breaches, or account compromise will never occur.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, email account, devices, and account access and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.

24. Security Incidents

If HexDisplay discovers a security incident, it may investigate, contain the incident, preserve evidence, engage advisers, notify providers, insurers, law enforcement, regulators, and affected individuals when and as required by applicable law.

25. International Processing and Transfers

HexDisplay is based in the United States. Personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from the United States and other countries where providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.

Where legally required, HexDisplay or its providers may use contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, adequacy mechanisms, security measures, or another recognized transfer method.

26. Children’s Privacy

The website and store are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. Purchases and binding agreements must be made by an adult with legal capacity.

HexDisplay does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may email support@hexdisplay.com with the subject line CHILD PRIVACY REQUEST.

27. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, objection, opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, limitation of sensitive-information uses, review of certain automated decisions, appeal, and non-discriminatory treatment.

Rights are subject to verification, legal exceptions, record-retention requirements, fraud prevention, security, freedom of expression, contractual rights, intellectual-property rights, and the rights of others.

A deletion request does not necessarily require deletion of information needed to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, maintain legally required records, detect fraud, protect security, exercise or defend legal claims, honor an opt-out, preserve deidentified information, or carry out another legally permitted purpose.

28. Submitting a Privacy Request

Email support@hexdisplay.com with the subject line PRIVACY REQUEST — [TYPE OF REQUEST].

Include your full name, account or order email, order number if relevant, state or country of residence, the nature of the request, and information reasonably necessary to locate the records. Do not send unnecessary identity documents in the initial request.

29. Verification and Authorized Agents

HexDisplay may verify identity by matching email, order number, address, account information, transaction details, prior communications, or another reasonable identifier.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent, HexDisplay may require signed permission, verification of both parties, proof of authority, a valid power of attorney, or direct confirmation from the individual.

30. Responses and Appeals

HexDisplay will respond within the period required by applicable law and may request clarification or verification. It may grant, partially grant, or deny a request and explain an applicable exception.

Where applicable law provides an appeal right, email support@hexdisplay.com with the subject line PRIVACY REQUEST APPEAL and include the original request, response, and reason for reconsideration.

HexDisplay may refuse or charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded, excessive, abusive, or repetitive requests where legally permitted.

31. Non-Discrimination

HexDisplay will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right. Lawful differences may occur where information is necessary to provide a requested service, a promotion has disclosed terms, a legally permitted financial incentive applies, security concerns require action, or applicable law otherwise permits the difference.

32. California Privacy Notice

To the extent California privacy law applies, HexDisplay may collect identifiers, customer-record information, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, visual or audio information, professional information, inferences, account-login information, and payment-related information processed by providers.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of qualifying sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment. Requests may be submitted as described above.

HexDisplay does not sell personal information for money as part of its ordinary business model. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as sale or sharing under California law.

33. Other United States Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights relating to access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, targeted-advertising opt-out, sale opt-out, profiling opt-out, sensitive-information processing, and appeal. HexDisplay will honor applicable rights when the relevant law applies.

34. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Similar Rights

Where applicable law provides these rights, individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, information regarding processing, review of qualifying automated decisions, and the ability to lodge a complaint with an applicable supervisory authority.

Processing may continue after consent withdrawal where another lawful basis applies.

35. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • HexDisplay does not guarantee absolute security;
  • HexDisplay is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices;
  • HexDisplay is not responsible for information a user voluntarily makes public;
  • HexDisplay is not responsible for unauthorized third-party copying of public Submitted Content;
  • HexDisplay is not responsible for a user’s failure to protect credentials; and
  • HexDisplay is not responsible for conduct entirely outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in this Policy limits liability or privacy rights that cannot legally be excluded, waived, or limited.

36. Changes to This Privacy Policy

HexDisplay may update this Privacy Policy and will revise the Last Updated date. Where required, HexDisplay may provide additional notice or request renewed consent.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law allows otherwise. A change to this Policy does not retroactively revoke a valid content license, media release, transaction authorization, or other agreement previously granted.

37. Relationship to the Terms and Dispute Process

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the HexDisplay Terms and Conditions. Privacy disputes are governed by the applicable informal-notice, arbitration, class-action-waiver, governing-law, and venue provisions in those Terms except where law prohibits their application.

Routine privacy requests may be sent by email only. Formal legal Notices of Dispute must be sent using both delivery methods required by the Terms.

HexDisplay Shipping and Payment Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2026
Last Updated: July 25, 2026

This Shipping and Payment Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made directly through HexDisplay.com and transactions accepted by Snowlilly Software, LLC, doing business as HexDisplay (“HexDisplay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy is incorporated into the HexDisplay Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the HexDisplay Return, Refund, Exchange, and Replacement Policy. By submitting an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. Contact Information

Questions regarding orders, payment, invoices, shipping, tracking, delivery, or carrier claims should be emailed to support@hexdisplay.com.

Include your name, order email, order number, shipping address, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs or records.

Part I — Shipping

2. Domestic, Local, and International Shipping Options

HexDisplay may offer standard domestic shipping, economy or ground shipping, expedited shipping, international shipping, freight, local delivery, local pickup, or other methods. The options actually available for a particular order will be displayed during checkout or stated in a written quote.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping may be available to supported U.S. addresses. Service availability varies by destination, package size, product type, carrier, and order value.

Local Delivery and Pickup

Local delivery or pickup is available only when expressly offered during checkout or confirmed in writing. Do not travel to the business address for pickup without an emailed appointment. The business address is not a public retail storefront.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries and territories. Availability depends on carrier service, package size, customs requirements, import law, fraud screening, insurance, and operational feasibility.

3. Supported Shipping Zones

HexDisplay ships only to destinations available during checkout or approved in a written quotation. Supported zones may change because of carrier availability, shipping cost, customs requirements, legal restrictions, insurance, reliability, or fraud risk.

HexDisplay may decline or cancel shipment to an unsupported or restricted destination, an unverifiable address, a post-office box that cannot accept the selected service, a freight-forwarding address, a hotel or temporary address, a sanctioned destination, or a location presenting unusual delivery or fraud risk.

If a paid order is canceled because a destination is unsupported, the amount collected for unshipped merchandise will be refunded as required by law.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, unit number, city, state or region, postal code, country, email address, and requested delivery information.

HexDisplay and its providers may validate, standardize, or correct addresses using carrier or postal information. Processing may pause while clarification is requested.

5. Address Changes

Address-change requests must be emailed to support@hexdisplay.com and are not effective until confirmed in writing.

A change may not be possible after fulfillment begins, a label is created, the package enters carrier custody, the payment provider restricts the change, fraud screening is completed for the original address, or the carrier cannot safely reroute the shipment.

You may be responsible for address-correction, interception, rerouting, return-to-sender, or reshipment costs caused by the requested change.

6. Order Processing

Processing is the period between acceptance of a complete order and transfer of the package to a carrier. It may include payment approval, fraud review, address verification, inventory allocation, product and hardware verification, quality inspection, packaging, weight and dimension confirmation, label purchase, and carrier handoff.

Processing estimates may appear on a product page, at checkout, in an order confirmation, in a custom quote, or in another written communication.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Terms such as “in stock,” “available,” or “order confirmed” do not promise same-day or next-day shipment unless HexDisplay expressly says so.

7. When Processing Begins

Processing generally begins only after HexDisplay receives a completed order, approved payment or payment authorization, complete billing and shipping information, required verification, all product selections, required custom approvals, and any other information needed to fulfill the order.

8. Business Days

Unless otherwise stated, business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. federal holidays, carrier holidays, announced HexDisplay closures, and days on which circumstances outside reasonable control materially prevent normal fulfillment.

9. Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing, shipment, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed in a signed writing.

Estimates may change because of inventory, order volume, payment review, address verification, packaging requirements, carrier capacity, weather, customs, customer response time, manufacturing, or other circumstances.

A carrier-generated date is the carrier’s estimate and is not an independent guarantee by HexDisplay.

10. Delayed Orders

HexDisplay will maintain a reasonable basis for stated shipping timeframes. If an order cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable period, HexDisplay may provide a revised estimate, request consent to delay, provide an opportunity to cancel, cancel affected merchandise, issue a required refund, or take another action allowed or required by law.

HexDisplay will not substitute a materially different product without authorization.

11. Shipping Costs

Shipping may be based on weight, dimensions, carton count, destination, carrier, service level, delivery speed, residential or commercial classification, remote-area fees, signature, insurance, packaging, handling, freight classification, customs, and other carrier costs.

Costs will ordinarily be shown at checkout or communicated before acceptance of an order requiring a custom quote.

An automated rate may be corrected before order acceptance if it is materially inaccurate because of incorrect product data, package dimensions, multiple cartons, freight requirements, carrier restrictions, address classification, or a technical error. HexDisplay will not collect a higher amount without authorization.

12. Free or Discounted Shipping

Free or discounted shipping may be restricted by minimum order value, destination, product type, size, weight, promotion period, customer eligibility, and service level.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping applies only to the least-expensive qualifying service selected by HexDisplay and excludes expedited service, international duties, freight, custom orders, and wholesale orders.

13. Carrier and Service Selection

HexDisplay may select the carrier and service based on the method purchased, destination, dimensions, weight, delivery estimate, availability, reliability, insurance, cost, and operational requirements.

When a general category such as “standard,” “ground,” or “expedited” is purchased, HexDisplay may choose a reasonably consistent carrier service.

14. Labels, Tracking, and Carrier Handoff

Tracking will be sent by email when available. A tracking number may be created before the carrier physically receives the package. “Label created,” “pre-shipment,” and similar statuses generally mean shipping information has been transmitted, not necessarily that the carrier has possession.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking, reviewing carrier updates, being available for delivery, retrieving packages from lockers or access points, and reporting concerns promptly.

15. Multiple Packages and Large Orders

An order may ship in multiple packages, with different tracking numbers, carriers, shipment dates, and delivery dates. Review all tracking numbers and carton counts before reporting a shortage.

Large, high-quantity, heavy, custom, wholesale, or commercial orders may require multiple cartons, special packaging, freight, pallets, custom quotes, signatures, commercial receiving facilities, liftgate service, appointments, or additional handling time.

16. International Shipping Requirements

International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, brokerage, VAT, local tax, tariffs, storage, inspections, permits, and other destination-country charges unless a written quote expressly states otherwise.

HexDisplay does not control customs clearance, inspections, assessments, local carrier handling, or government delays.

Refusal or failure to pay destination charges may result in delay, abandonment, destruction, or return. The customer may be responsible for related shipping, return, customs, storage, or disposal costs to the extent permitted by law.

17. Delivery Instructions and Signature

HexDisplay cannot guarantee that a carrier will follow customer delivery instructions. Instructions requesting unattended delivery or delivery to an unsecured area may increase the risk of loss after proper delivery.

HexDisplay or the carrier may require a signature for high-value, large, replacement, fraud-sensitive, freight, or otherwise appropriate shipments.

18. Post-Office Boxes and Restricted Addresses

Some services cannot deliver to post-office boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, forwarding services, or temporary addresses. HexDisplay may request another address, change to a compatible service, pause processing, or cancel and refund the order.

19. Damage, Incorrect Items, and Missing Parts

Shipping damage, incorrect products, incorrect colors, incorrect quantities, packing errors, and missing parts must be reported within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery by emailing support@hexdisplay.com.

Keep the product, carton, label, packing materials, and all contents. HexDisplay may request photographs and other evidence. Do not install, alter, repair, discard, or use an incorrect or damaged item while a claim is being reviewed.

Verified claims are handled under the Return Policy and applicable law.

20. Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

A package is not automatically lost because an estimated delivery date has passed. Carrier waiting and investigation periods may apply.

HexDisplay may review tracking, contact the carrier, open a trace, file a claim, request cooperation, replace the order, issue a refund, or provide another lawful remedy.

If an original package arrives after a replacement or refund, notify HexDisplay. HexDisplay may provide instructions for returning the duplicate or resolving its value.

21. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Located

If tracking shows delivery, first verify the address, check entrances and secure locations, check lockers and front desks, ask household members or receiving personnel, check nearby neighbors when appropriate, and allow until the end of the delivery day for a premature scan.

Report the issue within 7 calendar days after the carrier’s delivery scan.

HexDisplay may review carrier evidence, request an investigation, request a statement or police report where theft is reasonably suspected, replace the order, issue a refund, or decline a voluntary remedy when reliable evidence establishes proper delivery.

No replacement or refund is guaranteed before review. HexDisplay is not responsible for theft after proper delivery except where law provides otherwise.

22. Refused, Undeliverable, and Returned Packages

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or create an authorized return.

A customer may be responsible for original shipping, return shipping, address-correction fees, carrier fees, customs, storage, repackaging, and reshipment when a package is refused, unclaimed, incorrectly addressed, undeliverable, or returned for reasons outside HexDisplay’s control.

23. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by the separate Return Policy. In summary:

  • Eligible ordinary returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery;
  • Products must ordinarily be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and returnable;
  • Written authorization is required;
  • Customers ordinarily pay return shipping for preference-based returns;
  • Exchanges are generally handled as a return and new order;
  • Opened or damaged packaging may be subject to a deduction up to 15%; and
  • Custom, bulk, wholesale, made-to-order, installed, modified, and final-sale products may be nonreturnable.

If this summary differs from the full Return Policy, the full Return Policy controls.

24. Force Majeure

HexDisplay is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, epidemic, labor dispute, carrier disruption, utility failure, cyberattack, supplier failure, manufacturing interruption, material shortage, customs delay, port congestion, and transportation interruption.

This does not eliminate any nonwaivable delay-notification, cancellation, or refund right.

Part II — Payments

25. Accepted Payment Options

Payment methods available for a particular transaction will be displayed during checkout or stated in an invoice. They may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, electronic payment services, gift cards or store credit if offered, installment services if offered, and other approved methods.

Availability varies by location, order value, product, device, currency, destination, fraud screening, provider, and technical availability.

HexDisplay does not ordinarily accept cash by mail, cash on delivery, personal checks, money orders, wire transfers, or payment credentials sent through email unless expressly approved for a particular transaction.

26. Payment Requirements and Instructions

Unless separate terms state otherwise:

  • Full payment or valid authorization is required when the order is submitted;
  • Payment must use a method presented at checkout;
  • Billing information must be accurate and complete;
  • The purchaser must be authorized to use the method;
  • Sufficient funds or credit must be available; and
  • Required fraud or identity verification must be completed.

Custom, bulk, wholesale, prototype, and made-to-order transactions may require deposits, prepayment, progress payments, engineering fees, setup fees, tooling fees, sample fees, freight payment, or final payment before shipment.

Production and lead times may not begin until required payments, selections, and approvals are received.

27. Payment Security

Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, wallet passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email.

Submit payments only through the authorized checkout, an approved payment-provider interface, or another method expressly authorized by HexDisplay.

28. Payment Authorization and Order Review

By submitting an order, you authorize HexDisplay and its payment providers to verify information, request issuer authorization, place a temporary hold, charge the amount shown, process separately authorized additional amounts, issue refunds or credits, perform fraud screening, and share transaction information as reasonably necessary.

A successful authorization or charge does not by itself constitute final order acceptance. Orders may still be reviewed for inventory, configuration, shipping feasibility, address accuracy, pricing errors, fraud indicators, quantity limits, legal restrictions, and custom-order requirements.

29. Authorization Holds

A payment provider may place a temporary hold before final capture. The bank or issuer controls how quickly a canceled, declined, or expired hold disappears. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge.

30. Declined or Failed Payments

Payments may fail because of insufficient funds, expired cards, incorrect billing information, verification failures, bank restrictions, transaction limits, fraud screening, international restrictions, or provider errors.

HexDisplay may hold or cancel an order if valid payment is not received. The customer may need to contact the issuing bank or payment provider.

31. Fraud Prevention and Verification

HexDisplay may delay, hold, limit, or cancel an order while reviewing suspected fraud, unauthorized payment use, account compromise, address manipulation, reshipping activity, sanctions concerns, or other security risks.

HexDisplay may request confirmation from the order email, address verification, confirmation of order details, or limited proof the purchaser is authorized to use the payment method. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in cancellation and refund or reversal.

32. Pricing Errors and Additional Charges

If a material pricing, tax, product, or shipping error occurs, HexDisplay may correct it, request approval of corrected terms, reject the order, cancel the affected item, or refund amounts collected for unfulfilled merchandise.

HexDisplay will not knowingly collect a higher corrected amount without authorization.

33. Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Applicable sales taxes will be collected as required. Customers are responsible for legally applicable use tax, import tax, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage, VAT, excise tax, and similar charges not collected at checkout.

34. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact support@hexdisplay.com promptly if you believe a charge is unauthorized, incorrect, duplicated, unrecognized, or an expected refund has not appeared.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel shipped merchandise, create return authorization, establish that a charge was invalid, eliminate a valid payment obligation, or entitle the customer to retain both merchandise and refunded funds.

HexDisplay may provide order records, acceptance records, communications, shipping and delivery evidence, return disclosures, photographs, and fraud-screening information to the payment provider.

HexDisplay may suspend a related refund, replacement, account, or pending transaction while the same payment dispute is under review to the extent legally permitted.

Nothing in this section limits nonwaivable banking or consumer rights.

35. Refund Method

Refund eligibility is governed by the Return Policy, Terms, this Policy, applicable warranties, custom-order terms, shipping-delay requirements, and law.

Approved refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method. HexDisplay may use another lawful method where the original method is unavailable, the provider requires another process, the parties agree, or law requires it.

HexDisplay is not responsible for the time a bank, issuer, financing provider, or processor takes to post an initiated refund.

36. Installment and Third-Party Financing

Where installment or buy-now-pay-later services are offered, the financing relationship may be between the customer and an independent provider. The provider controls eligibility, approval, schedules, interest, late fees, collection, restrictions, and refund handling.

Customers remain responsible for payments under the financing agreement until the provider confirms an adjustment.

37. Policy Changes and Relationship to Other Policies

HexDisplay may update this Policy. The version in effect when an order is submitted generally governs unless law, a written agreement, transaction-specific terms, or a more favorable later policy provides otherwise.

This Policy should be read with the Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, written warranties, custom-order agreements, wholesale agreements, and promotion terms.

HexDisplay Return, Refund, Exchange, and Replacement Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2026
Last Updated: July 25, 2026

This Return, Refund, Exchange, and Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to eligible products purchased directly from HexDisplay.com and sold by Snowlilly Software, LLC, doing business as HexDisplay (“HexDisplay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy is incorporated into the HexDisplay Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. Contact Method

All return, refund, exchange, replacement, missing-part, incorrect-item, damaged-shipment, and cancellation requests must be initiated by email at support@hexdisplay.com.

Include your full name, order email, order number, product and color, quantity affected, a detailed explanation, the requested resolution, and relevant photographs or records.

HexDisplay does not accept return requests through social-media comments, direct messages, payment disputes, package notes, or unapproved shipments.

2. General Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The request must be emailed before the period expires.

A request is not approved merely because an email was sent. HexDisplay must review it and issue written authorization.

Products received after the period may be refused unless HexDisplay approved an extension, a warranty applies, or law requires another remedy.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for an ordinary return, a product must:

  • Have been purchased directly from HexDisplay.com;
  • Be covered by a timely request;
  • Be unused and uninstalled;
  • Be unmodified, clean, and undamaged;
  • Be complete;
  • Include all hardware, mounts, anchors, screws, stickers, shelves, adapters, instructions, and other supplied components;
  • Be securely packaged; and
  • Be in a condition suitable for resale.

Opening a package solely to inspect a product does not automatically make it ineligible. However, the product must not have been installed, materially assembled, used, damaged, or altered.

HexDisplay determines eligibility after inspection.

4. Return Authorization Required

Do not return merchandise without written authorization.

HexDisplay may provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number, approved address, packing instructions, deadline, label, and documentation requirements.

The return address may differ from the business or legal-notice address.

An unauthorized return may be refused, returned to the sender, held pending instructions, subject to additional shipping charges, or ineligible for refund.

5. Return Shipment Deadline

Unless HexDisplay states otherwise, an authorized return must be transferred to the carrier within 14 calendar days after authorization. The carrier’s first acceptance scan generally determines timeliness.

An authorization expires if the product is not shipped by the deadline. An expired authorization does not extend the original 30-day period.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For an ordinary preference-based return, including compatibility, size, color preference, duplicate purchase, or another reason not caused by HexDisplay:

  • The customer pays return shipping;
  • The customer is responsible for secure packaging;
  • The customer bears risk of loss or damage until delivery to the authorized location; and
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

HexDisplay may provide a prepaid label for convenience and deduct its cost from the refund unless the return resulted from a verified HexDisplay error, verified material defect, shipping damage, or law requires HexDisplay to bear the cost.

Do not send returns COD, postage due, without tracking, or to the legal-notice address unless instructed.

7. Inspection of Returns

HexDisplay may inspect product identity, quantity, color, condition, completeness, installation or use, missing hardware, adhesive use, modifications, packaging, production markings, and consistency with the stated return reason.

Carrier delivery does not itself mean the return has been accepted for refund.

8. Restocking and Condition Deductions

No restocking fee will ordinarily be charged for an eligible unopened product returned complete and in resalable condition.

HexDisplay may deduct up to 15% of the product purchase price when retail packaging is opened or materially damaged, components require sorting or repackaging, instructions or nonessential packaging are missing, or the return creates additional handling costs but remains resalable.

A larger deduction, up to the full product value, may apply when components are missing, the product is damaged, installed, used, modified, contaminated, adhesive backing is removed, adhesive is applied, hardware is missing, the product cannot safely be resold, or the returned item differs from the item shipped.

No restocking fee will be imposed on a verified defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product when the issue was not caused by the customer.

9. Nonreturnable Products

Unless law requires otherwise or HexDisplay approves in writing, the following are not eligible for ordinary return:

  • Custom-color, made-to-order, specially manufactured, personalized, or modified products;
  • Customer-approved prototypes or samples;
  • Bulk or wholesale orders governed by separate terms;
  • Clearly identified clearance or final-sale products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Digital products or downloads after delivery;
  • Installed, used, altered, drilled, cut, heated, painted, bent, or modified products;
  • Products with used or removed adhesive materials;
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, overloading, neglect, impact, or unsuitable surfaces;
  • Incomplete kits;
  • Individual components removed from a nonseparable kit;
  • Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace, reseller, or third party; and
  • Products returned after the deadline.

A product is not automatically defective merely because it does not fit an item whose dimensions were not verified, differs slightly from a screen color, contains normal manufacturing variation, was ordered in the wrong color or quantity, or is otherwise conforming but no longer preferred.

10. Custom, Bulk, Wholesale, and Special Orders

Unless separate written terms state otherwise, custom, bulk, wholesale, prototype, and made-to-order orders are noncancelable after production or procurement begins, nonreturnable, nonexchangeable, and nonrefundable.

Deposits, engineering fees, setup fees, tooling, samples, freight, and committed expenses may be nonrefundable.

A custom product may remain eligible for an appropriate remedy if it materially fails to conform to the approved written specification, subject to approved samples or color references, agreed tolerances, inspection, timely notice, and transaction-specific terms.

A change in preference, internal approval problem, project cancellation, screen-color difference, or failure to verify requirements does not make a conforming custom product returnable.

11. Incorrect Products, Colors, or Quantities

Report an incorrect product, incorrect color, incorrect quantity, or packing error within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Include the order number, shipping-label photograph, package photograph, photograph of all contents, photograph of the incorrect item, and a description of what was expected.

If verified, HexDisplay may send the correct item, send missing components, provide a prepaid label, arrange a replacement, issue a partial or full refund, or provide another lawful remedy.

Do not use, install, or modify an incorrect item while review is pending.

12. Missing Parts

Report missing parts within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Include the order number, product and color, missing part and quantity, photographs of all contents, and photographs of the packaging.

HexDisplay may use order specifications, package weight, fulfillment records, photographs, and other evidence to evaluate the claim.

13. Shipping Damage

Report visible or concealed shipping damage within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Keep all products, cartons, labels, cushioning, and packaging until HexDisplay confirms they are no longer required.

Provide photographs of every side of the carton, shipping label, visible damage, internal packaging, damaged product, all contents, and identifying markings when requested.

Do not dispose of or repair the product without written authorization.

If verified, HexDisplay may replace a component, replace the product, issue a partial or full refund, file a carrier claim, or provide another appropriate remedy.

14. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found:

  1. Confirm the delivery address.
  2. Check entrances, porches, lockers, mailrooms, and secure locations.
  3. Ask household members, neighbors, property management, or receiving personnel.
  4. Allow until the end of the delivery day for premature scans.
  5. Contact support@hexdisplay.com.

Report the issue within 7 calendar days after the delivery scan.

HexDisplay may review tracking, request address confirmation, open a carrier investigation, request a written statement or police report where theft is reasonably suspected, replace the order, issue a refund, or deny a voluntary remedy when reliable evidence establishes proper delivery.

No replacement or refund is guaranteed until review is complete. HexDisplay is not responsible for theft after proper delivery except where law provides otherwise.

15. Manufacturing Defects

Report a suspected manufacturing defect promptly after discovery. Include the order number, product and color, explanation, discovery date, installation method, surface type where relevant, configuration and load, photographs or video, and other reasonably requested information.

Stop using a product that appears unsafe, cracked, deformed, unstable, or defective.

HexDisplay may require troubleshooting, additional media, return or inspection of the product, proof of installation conditions, or retention pending review.

If verified, HexDisplay may provide a remedy under this Policy, an applicable warranty, or law. This Policy does not create or extend a separate warranty.

16. Installation and Use-Related Damage

Ordinary returns and defect remedies do not cover damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable hardware or surfaces, inadequate surface preparation, premature adhesive loading, excessive load, unsupported configurations, failure to use required additional mounts, modification, impact, abuse, heat, moisture, chemicals, normal wear, failure to inspect, or use outside published specifications.

HexDisplay may voluntarily offer paid or discounted replacements. A voluntary accommodation is not an admission of defect or liability.

17. Exchanges

HexDisplay does not ordinarily process direct exchanges. A customer seeking another color, product, size, configuration, or quantity should request an authorized return and place a new order.

Replacement for a verified defect, shipping error, or shortage is not considered an ordinary exchange.

18. Bundles, Promotions, and Partial Returns

Products sold as a kit, set, bundle, or promotional group may need to be returned together.

If a partial return is allowed, the refund may be adjusted for the regular price of retained products, loss of a bundle or quantity discount, loss of a promotional threshold, free-item value, discount-code terms, or free-shipping qualification.

A free promotional item must be returned unused and complete when the qualifying purchase is returned unless HexDisplay agrees otherwise. If not returned, its stated or reasonable retail value may be deducted.

19. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping, freight, handling, rush service, insurance, and special packaging are generally nonrefundable.

They may be refunded when HexDisplay shipped the wrong item, made a verified fulfillment error, the product was materially defective at delivery, the shipment was damaged before delivery, the complete order was properly canceled before shipment, or law requires a refund.

20. Refund Calculation

An approved refund may equal the eligible product amount paid, minus applicable promotional adjustments, return-label cost when customer responsibility, authorized restocking or condition deductions, and other amounts permitted by this Policy.

Refunds will not exceed the amount actually paid to HexDisplay for the returned product.

Except where law requires otherwise, HexDisplay is not responsible under this Policy for installation labor, removal labor, wall repair, painting, contractor charges, lost time, loss of use, replacement of third-party collectibles, or incidental or consequential expenses.

21. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method.

After HexDisplay receives the return, completes inspection, accepts it, and calculates the refund, HexDisplay will initiate an approved refund within 7 business days.

Banks and processors may require additional time to post it. HexDisplay does not control third-party posting times.

22. Order Cancellations

Request cancellation as soon as possible by emailing support@hexdisplay.com. A request is not effective until confirmed in writing.

Cancellation may not be possible after picking or packing begins, a label is purchased, the package enters carrier custody, custom materials are purchased, custom production begins, or another irreversible commitment occurs.

If the order has shipped, the ordinary return process applies.

23. Refused and Undeliverable Packages

Refusing delivery does not automatically create an authorized return.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, incorrectly addressed, returned after failed attempts, or returned for reasons outside HexDisplay’s control, the customer may be responsible for original shipping, return shipping, carrier correction fees, repackaging, reshipment, and other direct costs.

If eligible merchandise is returned, such amounts may be deducted where permitted.

24. Third-Party and Marketplace Purchases

This Policy applies only to purchases made directly from HexDisplay.com unless HexDisplay expressly states otherwise.

Products purchased through a marketplace, retailer, reseller, distributor, or other third party must ordinarily be returned through the original seller under that seller’s policy.

HexDisplay may assist with a verified manufacturing issue but cannot necessarily refund money paid to another seller. Proof of purchase may be required.

25. Return Fraud and Abuse

HexDisplay may reject a request involving a false claim, altered evidence, an item not sold by HexDisplay, product substitution, intentional damage, undisclosed missing components, excessive returns, promotion abuse, unauthorized resale, chargeback abuse, harassment, or other fraudulent or abusive conduct.

HexDisplay may restrict future purchases, suspend accounts, cancel pending orders, preserve evidence, report suspected fraud to providers, carriers, insurers, marketplaces, or law enforcement, and pursue lawful remedies.

HexDisplay will not restrict legitimate rights solely because a customer submitted a good-faith claim.

26. No Admission of Liability

A refund, replacement, discount, store credit, replacement part, shipping accommodation, or other voluntary resolution is not an admission of defect, negligence, or liability; a modification of this Policy; a waiver of the Terms; or a continuing obligation to provide the same accommodation in another case.

27. Consumer Rights

This Policy does not limit any warranty, refund, replacement, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law grants greater rights, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.

28. Policy Changes

HexDisplay may update this Policy. The version in effect when an order is placed generally governs unless law, a written agreement, or a more favorable later policy provides otherwise.

29. Contact Information

Return, refund, exchange, replacement, missing-part, damage, defect, and cancellation requests must be emailed to support@hexdisplay.com.
